I live near three locations, Descanso Gardens, Huntington Library, and Los Angeles Arboretum which all have a variety of flowers and plants to photograph. This past year I spent four days photographing the annual planting of tulips in bloom. It was challenging to search out the one or two flowers I wanted to capture and show their relationship to one another.
